Shipping

We ship to physical addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States via UPS ground.   

For Alaska and Hawaii, please call to place order.   

For expedited shipping please call to place order.

We will ship merchandise within 2 business days of receiving an order.  Some shipments may be delayed due to carrier schedule or delays.   

Shipping rates

All Services include a flat shipping rate of $25.

All other products will include a flat shipping rate of $15.

Customers will have the option to waive shipping fees at checkout if they select Local Pickup.

For purchases over $300 customers will receive free shipping.

Returns

We accept the return of unused merchandise within 14 days of original ship date.  Returns must be received in new, unused condition with all manufacturer tags attached in the original packaging.

Returned items missing manufacturer tags or original packaging may result in a restocking fee.

Some sale items may not be returnable.   

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Original shipping costs are excluded from return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Cancellation

Please call to cancel orders.  Orders may be cancelled until they have been shipped.
